What does my subscription give me?

This subscription entitles you to digital on demand access to all Encounter by ICON Ministry online courses and all the content provided in those courses on a per month or per year basis. 

Once signed in you can go through these courses in your own time and as many times as you like. 

Course subscribers also have the opportunity to join in exclusive online prayer sessions with Fr Rob Galea & the Icon Ministry team.

Can I purchase courses individually?

All of our courses are available exclusively as part of our course subscription packages so cannot be purchased individually.

How long is my subscription period?

Depending on which option you choose, you can either sign up to subscribe on a monthly basis or a yearly basis.

For individuals, the monthly subscription is $29 per month. You will save $10 a month by opting for the yearly subscription at $219 per year.

Will I be notified when my subscription is due for renewal?

Unfortunately we don't offer reminders for when your subscription is due for renewal. If this is something you're looking for, we recommend you set a reminder for yourself.

How many lessons are in the courses?

Each course is different.

Our standard adult/teacher courses range from six to eight lessons per course, plus an introduction and conclusion.

Our short courses for adults/teachers have three to four lessons per course, plus an introduction and conclusion.

Our student courses range from five to eight lessons per course, plus an introduction, guided prayer and reflection and conclusion.

Our student series such as the School Talks & WKLY With Fr Rob etc. have new lessons added to them reguarly. 

As a teacher, how do I give access to course resources to my students if they are absent when the videos are shown in class?

Upon request, teachers can be provided with hidden links to Encounter Youth course videos to allow absent students to access content they may have missed in the classroom.

Can I share my access with other people?

As an individual subscriber you are able to share your subscription with your household. However, the progress of the each course will be marked as the individual advances in the courses. Sharing this widely may result in the cancellation of your subscription. 

School subscriptions allow for more than one person to access the resources per subscription (depending on the package chosen). Upon receipt of payment, you will be sent coupon codes which you can distribute to your staff. Each code is unique and can only be redeemed once. Misuse of code access may result in the cancellation of your entire subscription.

Can my school be invoiced for this instead of paying online?

An invoice with the yearly subscription fee can be arranged by filling out the form HERE.
